Nanchang engineering college recently buy our multi-scale two-dimensional deformation measuring instrument in situ contract has been successfully completed, is expected to November delivery.
Multi-scale two-dimensional digital speckle correlation measurement system is used in material mechanics performance testing on the material testing machine, the measurement of multi-scale two-dimensional deformation of the specimen surface special measuring equipment.The device not only can be used for metal specimen of multi-scale deformation measurement, more suitable for polymer, biological, the large deformation of rock and soil materials such as measurement and deformation in the process of material damage detection.This system provided by the measurement results show that contains data, ICONS and cloud, can more clear and intuitive reflect the deformation behavior of object to be tested.The system using the digital image correlation basic principle, through CMOS camera to collect images, identify the specimen surface structure, and then calculate the deformation of images like count.Due to four different magnification lens used integration, make the instrument can measure not only the macroscopic mechanical behavior of materials, can also be used to measure the deformation distribution in the material surface micro.
Compared with laser interference measuring instrument, the equipment has the following advantages:
1. The experimental equipment, experimental process simple.
2. The measurement environment and low vibration isolation requirements.With a white light or natural light as the lighting source, without vibration isolation units, laser light sources and avoids the requirement of measurement environment, easy to implement field measurement.
3. Easy to implement automatic measurement process.Give full play to the advantage of computer in digital image processing and potential.
4. Use the measurement range.With different spatial resolution image acquisition equipment system for the test results with electron backscattered diffraction (EBSD), thus can carry out the macro, micro and nano scale deformation measurement.
